How to Use
Step 1: Prepare enough hot water and boil it in a pot.
Step 2: Once the water boils, you can remove the pot from the heat.
Step 3: Open the package and place the braces into the pot or bowl you are using.
Step 4: Completely immerse them in hot water for 20~25 seconds, use a timer to accurate time
Step 5: Use some tools to remove the braces from the hot water. Be careful because it will be hot!
Step 6: Immediately after removing the braces from the pot, place them in cold water for 2-3 seconds.
Step 7: Immediately place the braces on your upper teeth.
Step 8: Bite the braces and press them against your teeth with your fingers.
Step 9: After forming, place the braces in cold water again to harden completely
Step 10: Braces Now Ready for Use

Notes
Soak them in boiling water, take them out while they are still hot, and bite down (do not move them from side to side) to make the thermoplastic braces fit your teeth perfectly
