Shipping Fee

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

In order to reduce the possibility of receiving malicious orders, we do not have a free shipping service. However, you will be offered a discount of a percentage of the amount paid. This policy varies from country to country, the reason being that shipping costs vary from country to country and region to region. Please refer to the order payment page and discount instructions.

And you will need to pay attention to the tracking information otherwise you may miss the delivered package. Contact us at customercare@lwenshop.com with any questions.Conversion and import fees don’t apply to international orders.  You may need to pay for the customs fee when the package arrived in your country.

Order Processing

It typically takes 1 - 3 business days for orders to process and leaves our warehouse. Processing times do not account for weekends or holidays. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. We offer a number of shipping options that can be selected at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Sunday to Thursday, excluding holidays. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Undeliverable Countries

Please note that we can only use COD (cash on delivery) in certain countries and regions.
The following is a list of countries that can accept COD in local currency.

Our sales are restricted to the following countries.
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt.

www.lwenshop.com is not responsible for fees associated with imports. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
