Directions

1. Gently blow your nose to clear existing mucus.

2. Remove the protective cap from the top of the pump.

3. Gently lift your nose and place the tip of the pump into your nostrils. Quickly inhale through your nose and pump the spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times.

4. Wait at least 30 seconds and blow your nose with a tissue.
